1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and weibd ("weibd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the weibd website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, promotions, payment facilities and all other services (collectively, the "Services") made available at weibd.org and any associated subdomains or mobile URLs.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with any applicable additional rules, promotional terms, and the weibd Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You may not open, use, or be the beneficial owner of more than one weibd account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of weibd, or an immediate family member of such a person, when registering or using the Services.

4Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one weibd account. By creating an account you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and to notify weibd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. weibd will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your weibd account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must not share your username or password with any third party. weibd support staff will never ask for your password in any communication.
• weibd reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is suspected of being operated by a third party on behalf of the registered account holder.
• weibd may require documentary proof of identity (National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal or as part of periodic KYC review.
• Account information, including name, date of birth, and national ID number, may not be altered once verified. Players requiring changes to verified information must contact support with supporting documentation.

weibd reserves the right to close accounts and return balances at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for closure. In such cases, any active bonus funds that have not been converted into withdrawable winnings will be forfeited.

5Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

weibd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on weibd.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although weibd may impose temporary limits during enhanced due diligence reviews.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawal, in which case an alternative method will be agreed with the player.
• weibd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of weibd's control.
• Funds deposited to your weibd account must be used for gaming activity and may not be deposited and withdrawn immediately without gameplay, as this may be treated as misuse of the payment system.
• weibd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if enhanced identity verification or anti-money laundering checks are required. In such cases, you will be notified and advised of the documents needed. Verification processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

6Bonuses and Promotions

weibd offers various bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spins, and live casino cashback. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below and to specific terms stated at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your weibd account balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal of any bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Subsequent accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed.
• weibd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited and partially played through will be treated according to the terms in place at the time of the credit.
• Free spins are credited at a fixed stake per spin as stated in the specific offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.

weibd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a player has exploited a technical error, loophole, or participated in collusion or bonus abuse schemes. Suspected abuse may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, game rounds, and casino play on weibd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting slip. The following general rules apply across all product types.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in the circumstances described in the specific game rules (e.g. void bets due to event abandonment in sports betting).
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, weibd will use available server-side logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet or game round will be voided and the stake returned.
• weibd is not responsible for errors or omissions made by third-party game providers. Where a game provider declares a round void due to a verifiable error, weibd will apply the provider's decision and refund the relevant stake.
• For sports betting markets, weibd follows standard industry rules for event postponement, abandonment, and walkover outcomes. Specific market rules are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of placing a bet.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per game round, or per day may apply depending on the product type. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on weibd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where the activity constitutes a criminal offence.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way that is not purely manual.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in sportsbook odds, or any technical malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or reasonably identifiable error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across accounts, or coordinated betting activity with other players designed to circumvent the platform's risk controls.
• Using a weibd account to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. weibd reports suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, to circumvent a self-exclusion period, or to avoid account restrictions imposed by weibd.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with weibd.

9Responsible Gaming Obligations

weibd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players directly from the weibd account settings page, without requiring contact with support.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may set a reminder to alert them after a specified period of continuous play. weibd may also apply automatic session time reminders in accordance with responsible gaming best practice.
• Time-out: players may request a temporary account suspension (time-out) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks from their account settings. During a time-out, no deposits, bets, or game access is permitted.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to exclude themselves from weibd for a longer period may request self-exclusion of between 6 months and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on weibd, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface design, logos, artwork, game graphics, software, code, and databases, is the proprietary property of weibd or its content and software licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the weibd platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior express written permission of weibd.

The weibd name and brand mark are trademarks of weibd. You may not use any weibd trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of weibd intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, weibd's total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your weibd account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions also apply.

• weibd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of your use of the Services.
• weibd is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, payment provider system downtime, acts of God, government actions, or civil unrest.
• weibd provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. weibd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

weibd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, weibd will provide at least 7 days' prior notice by posting a notice on the weibd website or by sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at weibd.org/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact weibd customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. weibd will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by direct negotiation, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution process. weibd will provide relevant information on available dispute resolution mechanisms upon request.
